This note explains what happens to the details you send me through the enquiry form on this website. Harbour & Co. Studio is run by Ahamed in Newhaven, East Sussex, and I’m responsible for your information. You can contact me at hello@harbourandco.co.uk.
What the form collects
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, business name and existing website, if you choose to give them
- What you need help with, and your message
- That you agreed to be contacted about your enquiry
What I use it for
Only to reply to your enquiry and talk to you about the work you asked about. I don’t add you to a mailing list, and I don’t sell or share your details with anyone else. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and my legitimate interest in replying to people who contact me.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and processes the form when you send it. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being sent by a person, not a spam bot.
- Resend sends your enquiry to my inbox by email.
Both act on my behalf and only use your information to provide their service. Some of their processing may happen outside the UK, under the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
How long I keep it
Your enquiry stays in my email inbox for as long as we’re in touch about it. If we don’t go on to work together, I delete it within 12 months. The website itself doesn’t store your enquiry.
Cookies and tracking
This website has no analytics and no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and filter out spam.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Just email hello@harbourandco.co.uk and I’ll sort it out within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, please tell me first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
